Out with the old, in with the new!

Hello friends.  My time with the LMMS Design Team has ended.  (So sad! :(  )  This is my final post for now but I won't be far away!    I have really enjoyed being on the team!  It is time to welcome a new team of talent to Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  I know they are going to love it!  Barbara is such a sweetheart and Melissa is a wonderful DT coordinator, oh and those images are so darn cute!  Have you seen her latest release?  I have to say, I adore the elephants.  Here is what I created with some of them.  I hope you enjoy!

Aren't they just the cutest?  I had so much fun making this trifold card.  I used Val Gives, Tine's flower, and Tine's Friend.  Visit the store to see all of the other adorable stamps.  You won't be disappointed,

I once again used colored pencils to color my images.  Pencils used to be my go to medium when I first started making cards.  I used Crayola pencils, which I still use on occasion.  It is an inexpensive way to get started and to my surprise, they worked with gamsol.

THANK YOU BARBARA for giving me the pleasure of being on the design team!  It has been a real pleasure!  I will still be stalking you and your talented team! lol

I hope you will welcome the new team and check out all their beautiful projects here.

Hugs and smiles,
Janice

Challenge #130 - Anything Goes

It's a new challenge here at Little Miss Muffet Stamps and it's open to all to participate.  The theme is ANYTHING GOES so you can let your creativity shine.  Choose one of your favorite projects from this week and link up . . . we are excited to be inspired!

For entering the challenge, we will feature some projects to be spotlighted plus one lucky winner will receive a$10.00 Gift Voucher to the LMMS shop.  Good luck!

I chose to showcase this darling little mouse, Rhylie.

I used colored pencils and made her into a calico mouse, if there is such a thing.  I will have to google it.  Probably should have done that before I colored her but hey anything goes, right?!  Enjoy!

Janice

Little Miss Muffet Digi Stamp Danni

Hello everyone!  Today I am sharing a digital stamp from LMMS called Danni.  It is a new image and one of my new favorites.  I think the elephant is so adorable!  I have colored her with colored pencils and mounted her onto a card with polka dot paper.  You can check out some of the new digis HERE.

Hope you like her and thanks so much for stopping by.  The punched elephant is from a Martha Stewart punch.  Have a great day!

LMMS Challenge #129 Anything Goes

Hello friends!  It is time for a new challenge at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  Challenge #129 Anything Goes.  I hope you will play along for a chance to win a $10.00 gift voucher at the Little Miss Muffet Stamps store.  For my card today I used ball point pens to color the image.  I like to use different mediums to stretch the imagination.  I used Linking Train and Blossoms Cupcake to create my card.

It is harder to achieve the shading effects with ball point pen but it is always fun to try something new!  Thanks so much for stopping by!

LMMS Challenge #128 - Favorite Little Miss Muffet Stamp

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!  (Well almost!)  Wishing you all a year filled with love, health, and happiness!

This weeks challenge at Little Miss Muffet Stamps is to use your favorite LMMS stamp.  I love the Sun Bonnet Sue stamps and chose Fancy Sunbonnet Miss Muffet.  I used colored pencils to color the image.

I used turquoise and red, two of my favorite colors, but I think I prefer Copics over color pencils.  Maybe I just haven't found the right paper to achieve the results I would like.

Here is the same image that I colored in 2014 using Copics and no-line coloring.  This stamp would be great to use paper piecing as well.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Janice

Little Miss Muffet Stamps Inspiration

Hi everyone!  Today I am sharing a card I made with a Little Miss Muffet Stamps Polka Dot Pals Noelle.  I love this digi stamp!  It is one of the new releases.  I colored her up with Copics and made a simple background by having her skate on a small icy pond.  I added glitter to create a snowy scene and finished it off with some punched snowflakes.

Isn't she a fun image!  Hope you like her.

Janice

LMMS Challenge #125 - Thanks or Support

Little Miss Muffet Stamps has a new challenge up.  The theme is Thanks or Support.  I chose to make a card offering support to our friends in France.  I wish we could all live in peace and love.  For my card I chose to use Polka Dot Pals Amelia.  I kept the image black and white and just highlighted the hearts and added some tears to her face.  The attacks in Paris are so tragic!  This card represents the sadness I feel for lives lost and the desire to show compassion and support, when you feel so helpless, that you can only offer a cyber hug to those so far away.

"Thanks" or "Cards of Support for France"

One lucky winner will receive a $10.00 Gift Voucher to the LMMS shop for their entry here.  Plus if you also share your project in the LMMS Facebook group then you have another chance to win a $5.00 Gift Voucherto the LMMS shop!  And yes, the random winners could be the same person.

I hope you will join us in our new challenge.

Hugs and smiles,
Janice
